Milestone for little learners
STUDENTS looked a little older than usual this week celebrating their first 100 days of primary education.

Foundation students at Terang College dressed up as centenarians on Monday in celebration of the milestone and all they’ve achieved in their first steps as students.
Terang College teacher Amy Gray said students had a wonderful time taking part in the beloved tradition.
“It’s a massive milestone in Foundation in which our students dress up like they’re 100 years old,” she said.
“We celebrate the massive milestone of being at school for 100 days and being 100 years old seems like the perfect way to do it.
“It’s good for our students to enjoy the milestone, celebrating the whole day dressed up as though they are 100.”
Ms Gray said the students have adjusted to the classroom beautifully.
“They’ve settled in really well and have already come so far,” she said.
“You can see now at this point of the year their personalities are starting to shine through, which is really awesome.
“They’re a great little bunch.”
