MRC presentation ball
MERCY Regional College (MRC) celebrated the achievements, hopes and aspirations of its Year 11 students at the annual presentation Ball.

MERCY Regional College (MRC) celebrated the achievements, hopes and aspirations of its Year 11 students at the annual presentation Ball.
School principal Sharon Gillett said the ball was a “cherished tradition established by the College Parents and Friends Association back in the 1980s.
“It is always a memorable occasion that our Mercy community and alumni remember fondly, and that many Year 11 students look forward to as an entry marker to their Senior Years of school,” she said.
“It is cultural features like this which continue to be handed on, thought about, preserved, and not lost that form our unique MRC traditions.
“Our Class of 2023 danced their way into maturity with elegance, joy, hope, and the love and support of their family, friends, and community; not just for one night but for everything that lies ahead of them.”
Mrs Gillett congratulated the Presentation Ball participants and organisers on making “such a wonderful evening happen the wayit did”.
