Multi-format event at Mortlake
LAST Saturday’s multi-format event at Mortlake Golf Club was won by Dougal Ranken and Rob Field.
The pair finished on nett 53 to finish ahead of runners-up Richard van Diemen and Steve Hubbard on nett 54.
The multi-format event comprised six holes ambrose, six holes foursomes and six holes of four-ball.
Nearest the pins: 3/12 Paul Wareham, 6/15 Rob Field and 9/18 Dougal Ranken.
Balls down the line went to Darren Anders and Tyler Schafer.
Last Friday, March 14, was a nine-hole twilight event.
This was won by Steve Hubbard 13-42-29 from Ian Jubb 17-50-33.
Nearest the pin was Tyler Schafer on the ninth.
Next week’s event will be aggregate stableford.
