NDIS cuts threaten Cooinda programs

REGIONAL disability providers have united to call for change across all three levels of government, after what they call poorly planned National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) cuts could leave country Victorians stuck at home, push families into crisis and put more pressure on struggling local services.
