P and A update on walker behaviour
CAMPERDOWN Pastoral and Agricultural Society (P and A Society) president Cheryl McMahon has provided an update on the recent behavior of dog walkers.
“In regard to dog walkers, the committee were pleased that most dog walkers are making an effort to do the right thing at the showgrounds,” she said.
“Dog owners are reminded that they must have their dogs under control, keep away from the buildings, and always pick up their dogs’ poo.
“More signage will be erected along these lines, and having dogs at the showgrounds will be assessed every six months by the committee.
“The P and A Society acknowledges that responsible pet ownership is an important part of a healthy community.”
