Pairs aggregate underway
FOURTEEN players competed in round one of the Frank Hodgson Pairs Aggregate at the Cobden Golf Club recently.
The winner was Janine Stevens on 39 points on a countback from David Stewart on 39.
Nearest the pins: A grade – 4th Janine Stevens; B grade – 4th Pat Tickner; C grade – 4th Julie Simonds, 10th - Ev Boyd; Camperdown Pre-Mix Concrete 7th - Carmel Darcy.
Balls down the line: Rhonda Alexander 37, Carmel Darcy 36, Alex Holster 34 and Di McKenzie 34.
The leaders after the first round of pairs are Carmel Darcy and Di McKenzie on 70 points.
Only 11 points now separate the leaders from the last team, so next month may see a change in the leader board.
