Pavement to see improvements
WORKS have commenced on the front entry of the Corangamite Shire Council Civic Centre to replace damaged pavers.
Works commenced: A temporary ramp has been installed while works are conducted at the entrance to the Civic Centre.
A temporary ramp to the front entry has been constructed to allow for access to the Civic Centre foyer.
Works are expected to continue until the first week of May.
A Corangamite Shire spokesperson said residents should consider the works when attending and leaving the Civic Centre.
“The works are being conducted to ensure all safety measures are being met and also replace the pavers that were recently cut to install the projection system to promote community events and festivals, tourism, special occasions or safety messages on the side of the historic council building,” the spokesperson said.
