Performance continues strong
TRAINS on the Warrnambool line continued a strong run of performance throughout February.

The Warrnambool line recorded a punctuality result of 93.9 per cent in February, exceeding the 92 per cent monthly punctuality target.
The line also recorded 99.6 per cent for reliability, exceeding the 96 per cent monthly reliability target.
A V/Line spokesperson said trains operating on the Warrnambool line had reached both punctuality and reliability monthly targets 11 times over the past 12 months.
“The Warrnambool line was the best performing line on the V/Line network in February, exceeding the punctuality target for the 12th consecutive month and also recording over 99 per cent for reliability,” the spokesperson said.
“Warrnambool line services continue to be popular as people take advantage of cheaper fares and passengers are encouraged to plan ahead and make a reservation.”
Passengers planning to travel on the Warrnambool line are encouraged to plan ahead and make a reservation in advance by booking online, at a staffed V/Line or premium Metro station, by calling 1800 800 007 or by visiting a retail ticket agent.
