Players beat the rain

TEN players managed to beat the rain and enjoy a stableford round at the Terang Golf Club last Saturday.

The winner on the day was Terry Coolahan (20) 37 on countback from runner-up Colin Venn (22) 37.

Down the line went to Tim Keane (10) 34.

Nearest the pins: 11th Gary Huebner.

This Saturday will be the August stroke monthly medal and putting while on Sunday players can contest stableford, nine or 18 holes, from 10.30am.
