THE in-form Kolora Noorat made it five from six last weekend when it toppled Old Collegians by a massive 171 points.
The Power made light work of its trip to Davidson Oval, impressing the crowd from the first bounce.
Luke Tebble showed great skills in front of the posts and booted six goals for the Power while team-mate Declan Barbary added five to the scoreboard.
Final scores were Kolora Noorat 31.10.196 to Old Collegians 3.7.25.
Best for the Power were Ed Lee, Declan Barbary, Caleb Kavanagh, Joel Dillon and Luke Tebble.
Fred Beasley, Tyler Beasley and Ed Lee all kicked three goals while Scott Judd, Caleb Kavanagh and Darcy Vick kicked two each and Paddy Baker, Joel Dillon and Jarrod Evans each contributed one.
Last weekend’s win sees the side currently sitting second on the Warrnambool and District ladder, one game behind top-of-the-table Merrivale and a game clear of third-placed Panmure, who they will take on this weekend.
Kolora Noorat’s reserve side also enjoyed a big win last weekend, defeating Old Collegians 20.7.127 to 4.2.26.
Dale Evans, Paul McSween, Aaron Tebble, Fionn Neeson, Brad Coleman and Jarrod Esh were named among the best for the Power.
Dale Evans went on a goal kicking spree for the Power, contributing 10 for the game.
He was well supported by Aaron Tebble with four, Mark Clissold with three and one each from George Beasley, Brad Coleman and Nathan Glennen.
Earlier in the day, the Power’s under 18s enjoyed a hard-earned 11-point win over Old Collegians, 8.11.59 to 7.6.48.
Jack Pekin, Ethan Wyss, Tyler Barrett, Benjamin Henderson, Ben Carlin and Cooper Dunn were named best for the visitors.
Fred Beasley and Hamish Molan kicked two each, while Alexander Kenna, Ted Kenna, Will Kenna and Jack Pekin each kicked a goal.
Netball results were as follows:
A grade – Kolora Noorat defeated Old Collegians 57-42.
A reserve – Old Collegians defeated Kolora Noorat 37-32.
B grade – Old Collegians defeated Kolora Noorat 53-21.
17 and under – Old Collegians defeated Kolora Noorat 46-26.
15 and under – Old Collegians defeated Kolora Noorat 43-13.
13 and under – Kolora Noorat defeated Old Collegians 18-11.
