Rams too strong for Swans

ON what was a mixed grand final day for Caramut’s juniors, the club’s under 16.5 footballers lost their grand final decider by 35 points.

Glenthompson/Dunkeld kicked three goals to one in the first quarter to open up an 11 point lead at quarter time.

The Swans found goals hard to come by, and were held scoreless in both the second and last quarters.

Glenthompson/Dunkeld kicked at least one goal in each quarter in their 7.8.50 to 2.3.15 win.

Alex Hill, Samual O’Sullivan, Spurs Lynch, Andrew Gapes, Bailey Moloney and Finneaus Dennis were best for Caramut in the loss, with Dennis and captain Carl Lehmann kicking a goal each.
