LOCALS and visitors alike were spoilt for choice at the monthly Camperdown Rotary Market over the weekend.
Club member Graeme Fischer described the market as “wonderful” and said the weather was much kinder than forecast.
“For the second month in a row we had in excess of 20 stalls,” he said.
“To taste Iraqi food and dumplings was a great experience."
“Thanks to the Camperdown CFA for running a barbecue and the Camperdown courthouse committee for organising the BBQ.”
Mr Fischer said Camperdown Rotary Club president James Carter performed his task as Town Crier “excellently and he gave a wonderful proclamation in celebration of the clock tower’s 125th anniversary”.
“There was quite a bit of interest in the Rotary stall and the collection of old hearing aids and used stamps will continue for a few months,” he said.
“Thanks to the new stall holders who joined us for the first time."
“Thanks also to the members of the Camperdown community for supportingthe market.”
