Rotary supports Kokoda visit
COBDEN Rotary is proud to announce they have become involved with the No Roads program.
This program encourages young adults to complete the Kokoda Trail and learn extensively about Australia’s involvement in World War Two.
Local leader and former Cobden student Darcy Walsh alongside current students Tabitha Perris and Brodie Hanks from Cobden outlined their reasons for joining the program and were passionate about what lay ahead.
They will complete the trail in July along with 10 other students from various other secondary schools in the Corangamite Shire region.
This is indeed a fabulous opportunity for these young people and Cobden Rotary is honoured to be supporting them.
