Round one of Ethnic Cup
FORTY players took part in a 4BBB Stableford Competition for the first round of the Ethnic Cup on Saturday in Timboon
The day’s winners on 51 points were Philip Brown and Anthony Horwood from Terry O’Connor and Bryan Ward with 50.
Third were Mick Plozza and Tom Delaney with 46 points.
Nearest Pins were 5th Matthew Walker, 7th Geoff Norton, 10th Rodney Edge and 14th Chris Huffadine.
Peter Cashmore won the Nutrien Ball for the second shot on the 11th and Gavin Rundle won the South West Car Care Ball for the second shot on the 13th.
Next week’s event is Stroke for the Monthly Medals.
On Thursday Kazza’s Railway View Hotel 12 holes Chicken Day was won by Mick Plozza with 25 points.
The tunner-up was Tori Ziegelaar with 23.
