Doors open again: Lismore’s service station has reopened under a new name, with employees eager to be back.

AFTER being closed for a couple of months, Lismore’s Shell service station has reopened under a new name.

The service station was one of six Riordans Fuels sites sold in May and had been closed for works since June.

The site is now under the name Bowser Bean, and reopened on Wednesday.

Company director Haydn Tierney said the “strong network” can be drawn on to provide a “tailored offer to its local community”.

“Like many of our stores, Bowser Bean Lismore will provide both locals and passing trade with an exemplary offer over extended traded hours,” he said.

“I am also looking forward to bringing our coffee van down to a local event for new customers to sample our coffee.

“The team at Bowser Bean Lismore are looking forward to enhancing this already impressive location with an expanded food offer and high-end café fit out. Watch this space.

“Drop into Bowser Bean Lismore, enjoy the coffee and say hi to the team.”
