Show success at Koroit

CLEAR skies and an appealing range of exhibits saw crowds drawn to Victoria Park for this year’s annual Koroit Field Days and Show.

The new two-day format of the Koroit Field Days and Show proved a winner late last month, with clear skies and a range of attractions drawing crowds to Victoria Park – including nine year-old Avah and her family who enjoyed a fun-filled day.
The new two-day format of the Koroit Field Days and Show proved a winner late last month, with clear skies and a range of attractions drawing crowds to Victoria Park – including nine year-old Avah and her family who enjoyed a fun-filled day.

Following on from the success of the event in 2025, the Koroit Field Days and Show was extended to a two-day format this year.

Across two days in February, more than 80 trade stands covered a range of industries such as rural services, machinery, home and garden, and other local products.

A demonstration by Sander Nijskens on the latest in robotic technology was a crowd pleaser, as were the cooking demonstrations, Bunnings workshops, and the arts and crafts pavilion.

The Flying Flamingos added a flare of excitement and colour throughout the day, with group members showing their artistic skills.

Some of the youngest visitors across the two days were kept well entertained in a dedicated kids’ zone, while roaming performers and an animal nursery were also popular.
