Simplified: Blush Boutique earns recognition
MORTLAKE’S Blush Boutique has been recognised for its high quality of service.
The business earned a Highly Recommended Award was part of the Fresha Annual Awards, given to businesses which maintain high standards and glowing reviews.
Fresha is a leading online booking system for hair, beauty and wellness businesses with over 120,000 business owners utilising the system globally.
The awards are based on client reviews and associated star rating, in addition to the number of confirmed client bookings.
Blush Boutique senior stylist Naomi Gibbs said it was exciting for the business to earn recognition, which arrived in the mail last week.
“It’s very exciting, and it’s a good thing for the business moving forward,” she said.
Ms Gibbs said technology such as Fresha was vital for small businesses as it made life easier for both her and customers alike.
“It’s definitely a lot easier because people can book in online – 24-7 – through the website,” she said.
“It’s pretty easy for us and the client because they can see what days and times I have available and can make it easier for themselves in planning out when they would like their appointment.
“It’s so important for a small business – it can be so hard to take phone calls so this system lets people see what times and days we have available and make the best decision for themselves.
“There is no rush and people can do it in their own time, so we see a lot of people booking their appointments at night after they’re finished with work.”
