Simpson community honours fallen
THE Simpson community joined together on Monday to pay their respects in an Anzac Day ceremony.

THE Simpson community joined together on Monday to pay their respects in an Anzac Day ceremony.
Simpson and District Community House co-ordinator Debra Smith said she was pleased with the turnout.
“It’s been really good,” she said.
“It’s good to see the community supporting the service and the kids being involved.”
Simpson’s Biddy Weel emceed the event which including a reading from Simpson Primary School students.
Students and community members were also invited to lay wreaths at the base of the flagpole.
Reports from other local Anzac Day services will be included in the next edition of the Cobden Timboon Coast Times.
