Douglas finished on 42 points to win ahead of Dave Absolom on 37.
Nearest the pins went to Dave Absolom (2nd), Andrew Burrows (second shot on the 7th), Peter Hughes (9th), Tom Moran (15th and 17th) and Dave Absolom on the birdie hole 18th par five.
Balls went down the line to Peter Hughes 35, Tom Moran 33, Andre Narik 33, Richard Narik 33, Geoff Webber 31 and Peter Gubbins 27.
