Stableford at Cobden

TWENTY-nine players competed in a stableford competition at the Cobden Golf Club last Saturday.

N. Simmonds finished on 39 points to win A grade, ahead of C. Horan on 37.

B. Taylor won B grade with 41 points, while T. Mahony was the runner-up on 34.

Balls down the line went to D. Beard, C. Dobson, J. Green, A. Holster, S. Rix and K. Darcy.

Nearest the pins: 4th S. Rix, 7th D. Bath, 10th B. Taylor, closest second on the 2nd A. Stevens and closest second on the 14th C. Dobson.

This Saturday will be the monthly medal and putting competition.
