State titles await Stella
CAMPERDOWN College captain Stella Horspole has continued to ride high in the saddle.
Stella and her horse Northern Ridge Romantic Hero took out the overall Supreme Open Show/Horse of the Show title at the recent Heytesbury Agricultural Show.
They also competed in the inter-school ring, representing Camperdown College, and won the senior section.
This has qualified Stella for the interschool state titles which will be held at Boneo Park on the Mornington Peninsula in April.
“These will be Stella’s last events for the year because she’s now in year 12 and will use all her spare time to study,” proud mum Sheree said.
“Stella was absolutely thrilled to win at Heytesbury and is looking forward to the titles next month.
“We’re extremely proud of all that she’s achieved with her horses; riding is a passion of hers and she’s done incredibly well so far.”
