Student Representative Council (SRC) coordinator Tanisha Dooley said students at the school’s senior campus enjoyed a day of various activities in conjunction with the fundraiser, with all proceeds going to Need for Feed.

Need for Feed is an organisation which supports Australian farmers by providing emergency fodder.

“A gold coin donation was required for those out of uniform and Year 12 Vocational Major (VM) students cooked a barbeque, with all proceeds from the sales being donated to this worthy cause,” Ms Dooley said.

“Throughout the day, a range of fun activities took place.

“These included a basketball knockout competition that was run by Oliver Horspole and Landon Ross, a netball knockout organised by Pippa Kempton and Gracie Pearce and a farming-themed trivia competition hosted by Isla Spokes and Ruby Stephenson.

“This was the perfect opportunity to have fun while supporting a meaningful cause.”
