TERANG basketballers celebrated success at the recent junior country championships in Traralgon.
Three teams entered the competition, with all three qualifying for finals in their respective grades.
The under 16 girls’ (coached by Stephen Vaughan) brought home the division five title, while the under 16 boys’ team, under the guidance of coach Griffen McLeod, was knocked out by Seymour in the division four semi-final.
The Tornadoes’ under 18 boys’ (coached by Craig McLeod) reached the quarter-final of division four before being defeated by Maryborough.
