Summer reading program this year
LOCALS can get into reading in a big way this summer.
Timboon librarian Angela Beveridge said Corangamite Moyne Library Service is taking part in the Big Summer Read program.
“The Big Summer Read aims to encourage children and their families to join a fun and dynamic state-wide reading campaign,” she said.
“You can register at your local library or via the app at plv.beanstack.org.
“It’s a fun way to keep kids reading during summer.”
Ms Beveridge said the state-wide reading program is delivered in partnership with Public Libraries Victoria and Borrowbox Story Box Library.
“Head into your local branch grab a reading log and register today,” she said.
