Suspicious fire at Apex Park

A FIRE in Apex Park’s public toilet block is under police investigation.

Camperdown Police Acting Senior Sergeant Andrew Raven said the fire was reported in the early hours of Friday, February 6.

“Staff attended to clean the toilets at 6.30am, and they observed extensive damage to the floors and smoke damage to the brick wall,” he said.

“Police are seeking anyone with information related to the fire or if they saw anyone acting suspicious between 4.30-6.30am that day.”
