Tehan makes a commitment
MEMBER for Wannon Dan Tehan secured a $496,100 commitment for the Timboon Demons.
On Saturday (April 12) Mr Tehan announced an elected Liberal and National Government will provide greater choice and safer sporting opportunities for local kids and families by delivering the Timboon Demons multipurpose courts upgrade.
He said the upgrades would ensure local families, young athletes and community clubs will have the chance to train and compete on safe, modern courts.
“I’ve had strong feedback from the Timboon community about the need for this upgrade to improve safety, increase participation, and support our growing local clubs,” Mr Tehan said.
“I’ll always listen and fight for our community.
“This project will resurface unsafe courts, build new ones, and give more kids and families the chance to get active.”
