Temby takes the win
CHRISTOPHER Temby has taken home the 2024 Merrett Family Memorial trophy.

Temby thrilled the crowd in the A-Main wingless event at Heytesbury Stockfeeds Simpson Speedway last Saturday night to take the chequered flag from runner-up Mick Rigby, with Brad Warren in third.
Despite the cool conditions, a strong crowd gathered trackside to enjoy what was a good night’s racing.
Other results from the evening were as follows:
Street Stocks – 1st Morris Ahearn, 2nd Steven Watts, 3rd Jayden Blomely.
Top Stars – 1st Jake Bradley, 2nd Cruz Farrell, 3rd Miller Throckmorton.
New Stars – 1st Brad Marshall, 2nd Blake Beach, 3rd Maddy Beach.
Action will return to Simpson Speedway this Sunday for the final race meeting of the season, with Pro-Sprints, Super Rods and Speedcars.
Action starts on track from 3pm.
