Terang golf crowns champions
CLUB championships have concluded at the Terang Golf Club.
Overall club champions Marion Venn and Fred Beasley.
Last Saturday saw the men play four rounds and the ladies’ three rounds of the club championship.
The men’s A grade scratch winner was Fred Beasley while Stephen Arundell took out the handicap event.
The men’s B grade scratch and handicap went to Nick Kenna while Darcy Hutchins won the C grade scratch and handicap.

The ladies’ A grade winner was Marion Venn (runner-up Kate Cornelissen) while B grade was won by Jo Arundell (followed by Elaine Hrabar) and Linda Kenna took out C grade (followed by Lynette Coxon).

The John Petrusch Memorial Trophy (men’s overall 72-hole handicap champion) was Darcy Hutchins.
For the women, Judy Carmody was awarded the Betty Day Memorial Trophy (overall 54-hole handicap champion).
