Timboon celebrates Christmas
TIMBOON was a hive of activity on Friday, with special guest Santa making an appearance to the delight of youngsters in the crowd.
A variety of market stalls were also on offer.
The popular Timboon Community Christmas event was coupled with a Twilight Market this year for the first time, according to Timboon Action committee president Heather Martin.
“It was good, we were happy,” she said.
“We were blessed with the weather.
“There was lots of fun and festivities.”
Ms Martin said Timboon Community Christmas was well attended with more than 400 people in attendance.
“The kids loved seeing Santa arrive on a fire truck,” she said.
Ms Martin said the committee was looking forward to next year’s event and continuing to see it grow.
“We’re excited for next year now,” she said.
