Timboon Easter fun
SOMETHING ‘egg-citing’ is coming to Timboon this weekend.
Timboon Action’s annual Easter Family Fun Day will be held on Saturday between 10am and 2pm in front of Little Bit of Sweet in Main Street, Timboon.
Timboon Action president Heather Martin said she is looking forward to the family friendly event.
She said she has heard the Easter Bunny will be paying a special visit on the day.
“It’s going to be a huge day,” Ms Martin said.
“There will be old fashioned games for kids and adults alike – we want everyone to join in.
“We will have in excess of 40 stalls at the market, which will be the final market for the season.”
Old fashioned games include egg relay race, egg and spoon races, a bunny hop race as well as a scavenger hunt with prizes.
Ms Martin encouraged the Timboon and district community to support the event.
“Take up the opportunity to catch up with people you haven’t seen in a while,” she said.
“Easter Family Fun Day has a real sense of community.”
