Timboon hosts stableford

NEIL Gowland had a strong stableford round at Timboon last Saturday to take out A grade.

Gowland finished on 34 points, with Rohan Johns the runner-up on 33, followed by Chris Harness on 32.

The winner of B grade was Ben Finalyson on 35 points, followed by Gavin Rundle on 33, with Bryan Ward third on 32.

Nearest the pins: 5th Steve Plozza, 7th Wes Hollick and 14th Steve Plozza.

Wes Hollick and Terry O’Connor both won a ball for their second shots to the 11th.

This Saturday, July 26, will be stroke (monthly medal) with a 10.30am shotgun start.
