Timboon Probus Club Notes October
DESPITE a sudden change of venue for the Timboon Probus Club last meeting, the Bowling Club was filled with people and many tables showcasing the multitude and varied examples of crafts and hobbies of our members – female and male.

DESPITE a sudden change of venue for the Timboon Probus Club last meeting, the Bowling Club was filled with people and many tables showcasing the multitude and varied examples of crafts and hobbies of our members – female and male.
Examples included beautiful quilts, hand knitting, weaving and sewing, oil and water colour paintings, intricate woodwork, unusual preserves, orchids, pit fired pottery, and intriguing pot plant holders.
Handmade jewellery, scrapbooking and photography were also on show.
Each participating member spoke briefly on their particular craft and questions were asked on the pleasure and production of theiritems shown.
It proved an interesting meeting and quite surprising to see the many and varied talents of club members.
Morning tea and general viewing and discussion of the different displays followed.
The next meeting on November7 will be as held as usual at the Timboon Golf Club.
