Tough day for Dragons
SATURDAY was another tough day for Boorcan’s senior cricketers, with both teams suffering heavy losses.

In division two, Boorcan had an eight wicket loss to Bookaar at Frederick Street.
Batting first, the Dragons were all out for 96 in 28.3 overs.
Regan Nelson top scored with 31 from 46 balls, with Tim Fleming making 18 from 37.
The home team made light work of the run chase, passing the score in the 18th over for the loss of two wickets - Alex Deane taking 1/23 from four overs.

This week in division two, Boorcan will host Cobden at Boorcan.
The division three Dragons headed to Princetown to play top of the ladder Heytesbury-Princetown, losing by nine wickets.
Batting first, the Dragons were all out for 58 in the 33rd over.
Opener Tony Hassett played a lone hand, scoring 37 from 91 balls as the only player to make double figures.
The Storm cruised to victory in just 8.2 overs for the loss of one wicket, opening bowler Tim Castle taking 1/18 from three overs.
In tomorrow’s division three game, Boorcan will play Camperdown at Camperdown number two.
On Monday night in the under 13s, Boorcan lost to Ecklin 5/109 to 2/118.
This Monday Boorcan will play its final under 13 game of the season against Bookaar at Boorcan.
