Trivia fun for U3A members
CORANGAMITE University of the Third Age (U3A’s) monthly Australiana Trivia Quiz brought plenty of laughs and a few unusual answers recently.
Fun and games: Corangamite U3A members enjoyed a game of trivia recently.
Corangamite U3A spokesperson Gary Kimber said four teams fought out for the monthly prize.
“The five sets of 10 questions include politics, history, geography, music, waterways and highways and various other Aussie flavoured topics,” he said.
“The trivia is held in the afternoon of the third Thursday of each month.
“It’s very much a fun afternoon as well as picking up lots of Australian facts and figures.
“It certainly helps those little grey cells.”
