Tunes to fill Noorat’s Chapel
THE sounds of live music will fill The Chapel in Noorat during monthly Sunday afternoon concerts.
A new musical heartbeat is stirring in the heart of the south west, with The Chapel set to launch a powerful new concert series.
The series will showcase some of the best of Australia’s acoustic folk, country and blues talent from September through to April, 2026.
Curated by Big Mabel Management under the guiding motto “it’s all about the music,” The Chapel will host monthly Sunday afternoon concerts (The Summer Sessions) creating an intimate and unforgettable live music experience for locals and visitors alike.
Featured performers in the 2025–26 Summer Sessions include some of Australia’s most revered artists.
Audiences will be entertained by ARIA award-winning folk singer Kavisha Mazzella, and acclaimed singer-songwriter and frontwoman of Rebecca’s Empire, Rebecca Barnard.
Archer and The Open Sky Big Brass Band will also bring its unique collaboration of soul-stirring songs, with the energy of a 28-piece brass band.
The sessions will run on either the third or fourth Sunday of each month, bringing summer sounds and storytelling to life in the rustic surrounds of this new regional venue.
“We’re excited to offer something special for music lovers in the south west – a series of authentic, deeply felt performances in a truly unique setting,” a Big Mabel Management spokesperson said.
“The Chapel is about community, connection and music.”
