Ingrid Cavarsan, Jackenzie Sharp and Lynley Sharp competed against Victoria’s best across a range of events, achieving some excellent results along the way.

Jackenzie and Lynley made their debut appearances at state level swimming, while for year 12 student Ingrid it was her last after representing Terang College at state level for the eighth consecutive year since she was in year five.

Ingrid claimed a silver medal in the 50m backstroke after narrowly missed third place in both the 50m butterfly and the 50m freestyle.

Jackenzie competed in the primary 50m freestyle and backstroke multiclass events, finishing third in the backstroke and beating her personal best in the freestyle by a massive seven seconds.

Lynley finished fourth in the state in both her 50m freestyle and backstroke multiclass events, recording a personal best in both swims.
