This year, the award comes with a $4,000 cash prize for the most outstanding innovation - an exciting incentive for inventors, entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers across the agricultural sector.

The Inventions competition has been a cornerstone of Sheepvention since its inception in 1979, celebrating grassroots ingenuity and practical solutions that make a real difference on farms and in rural communities.

Thanks to the generous support of Sinclair Wilson, Western Ag, and South West TAFE, the competition continues to grow as a launchpad for new ideas and emerging talent.

The award presentation will take place in the Ram Shed on Sunday, August 3.
