Walker wins at Timboon
TWENTY-nine players enjoyed a stableford round at Timboon last Saturday.
A grade was won by Matthew Alker with 39 points from Geoff Norton on 37 and Cody Noonan 35.
B grade was won by Bryan Ward on a countback from Anthony Horwood – both with 34 points.
Gavin Rundle finished third with 33 points.
Nearest the pins: 5th Greg Beames, 7th Craig Saunders, 10th Darryle Beams and 14th Geoff Norton.
Cody Norton won the Nutrien ball with his second shot to the 11th and
Anthony Horwood won the South West Car Care ball for his second shot on the 13th.
On Thursday the 12 hole Railway View day was won by Greg Beames with 28 points from Bill Finlayson.
Tori Ziegelaar won nearest the pin.
Next Saturday will be stroke and monthly medals.
