Want to learn magic?
COBDEN is about to experience a magical day as it welcomes internationally renowned magician Tim Mason to perform and provide a magic workshop.

Mr Mason will create a sense of wonder with a performance from 11am at the Cobden Civic Hall tomorrow (Thursday, January 16).
After the performance, from 12noon, Cobden Rotary will be hosting a sausage sizzle.
From 1pm-2pm, Mr Mason will be hosting a children’s magic workshop where he will reveal some closely kept secrets to ensure kids have a little magic of their own to take home.
The dazzling day of magic will be held thanks to the efforts of the Cobden Rotary Club.
“Tim has performed all over Australia, overseas (not long back from the USA), and is the principal of the Melbourne Magic Academy,” Cobden Rotary Club member Gary Kimber said.
“He even holds a Guinness Book of Records award.
“Tim grew up in Cobden and is delighted to be back to perform for us all.
“The Magic of Cobden Rotary proudly presents this very special family day and it is supported by three generous sponsors - Cobden Community Bank, Fonterra and Amplitude Energy.
“This is going to be an unbelievably magical day and some tickets are still available on TryBookings or at the door.”
