Due to the wet weather conditions, instead of hosting the service at the war memorial, it was hosted indoors at the primary school.

Remembrance Day is held to acknowledge the lives lost to conflict and war, with a minute’s silence observed on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of the year.

The service was well attended by the community which came together to acknowledge the bravery and sacrifice of those who have served Australia and its allies in war, conflicts and peace operations.
