Young Dragons celebrate first win
BOORCAN’S under 13 cricketers have celebrated their first win in three years.
Boorcan’s under 13s have broken a three-year drought with a win earlier this week.
The side has shown commitment and resilience week after week and last Tuesday night they were rewarded with their first win in that time.
A huge team effort saw the Dragons enjoy a win against Ecklin.
Among the highlights were some great batting efforts from Jed (retired on 21), Bailey (20 ret) and Riley (15 ret) while Ollie, Paddy, Riley and Bailey all took wickets.
Grace, Lila and Lachie were also strong in the field, taking some great catches.
