Shaping the future: The committee behind the Noorat Show have opened a new survey in a bid to allow community feedback to guide the future of the event.

Noorat Show president Rob Onley encouraged as many people as possible to give feedback via a short online survey to help the committee ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the show.

“We want to hear ideas, feedback and suggestions from current, past and potential attendees, sponsors, Showman’s Guild members, stall holders, exhibitors and our committee,” he said.

“Our show is known for being one of the best family shows in the south west and we’re keen to keep that title.

“We are coming off one of our most successful shows in 2025 and believe the time is right to outline our mission, vision, goals and key initiatives for the next four years.”

Local company Rural People Co have been engaged by the committee to undertake the development of the strategic plan.

Mr Onley said the committee was excited to have the community be a part of this strategic plan development as they are such a key stakeholder of the show.

“Noorat Show is a key event in our region and we’re looking forward to developing it even further under the guidance of this plan,” he said.

The survey is open until Monday, June 22 online with hard copies available at local libraries in Camperdown and Terang.
