Power gets within 10 points
KOLORA-Noorat fell just 10 points short of a win in its round 11 Warrnambool and District senior football match against Old Collegians last Saturday.

The Power led at quarter and half time before the visitors hit the front in the third term, going on to defeat the home team 10.7.67 to 7.15.57.
Caleb Kavanagh, Nick Castersen, Justin Wallace, Bailey Cooper, Sam Uwland and Taj Podger were best for Kolora-Noorat in the loss, with Uwland the only multiple goal kicker with two.
The reserves match saw Old Collegians have a 7.6.48 to 5.7.37 win.
Michael Pearson, Sam Hutchinson and Ben Whytcross were Kolora-Noorat’s best, with the Power having five single goal kickers.
The under 18.5 football saw Kolora-Noorat get the points with a 10.9.69 to 4.8.32 win.
Kai Tonkin, Fletcher Tolland, Flynn Gleeson, Ben Whytcross, Luka Krizmancic and Bodie Jubb were the Powers best, with Tonkin kicking five goals and Whytcross two.
The under 13.5s game saw Old Collegians win 8.14.62 to 2.1.13.
Riley McIntosh, Charlie Davis and Jaylen Timperley were best for the junior Power, with Jack Menz and Jimmy Selman kicking a goal each.
In the A grade netball, Old Collegians had the narrowest of wins, 51-50.
Tara Elliott shot a match high 41 goals and was named best along with Jade Byron and Mahni Beasley.
The A reserve game saw Old Collegians win 40-28.
Molly McCrae, Grace Roberts and Jessica Beasley were best for the Power, with Sophie Lehmann putting through 17 goals.
The B grade game saw a 33-21 win to Old Collegians.
Lucy Eldridge, Grace Roberts and Emily Hayden were the Powers best, with Alexandra Smith and Meg Pekin shooting nine goals each.
The 17 and under netball saw Old Collegians have a 43-32 win.
Olivia Coburn, Harriot Riches and Millie Castersen were the Power’s best, with Riches shooting 17 goals and Eliza Beaton 15.
Kolora-Noorat scored a 15-12 win in the 15 and under game.
Ruby Williams, Courtney Stonehouse and Jade Byron were best for the Power, with Skyla Coburn scoring 12 goals.
The Power got the points in the 13 and under game with a 16-9 win.
Savannah Davis, Clancey Greene and Georgie Mellington were Kolora-Noorat’s best, with Indi Blair shooting nine goals.
The 11 and under game saw Old Collegians win 23-3.
Holly Davis, Sophie Simpson and Aila Messer were best for the junior Power team, with Simpson shooting all three goals.
